During the first six years of life, a child's brain forms neural connections at an extraordinary rate—over one million per second—a pace unmatched at any other time in life. This rapid development means that the quality of early experiences can significantly influence the brain's architecture. By age six, about 80% of synaptic connections are already established.
Furthermore, during these early years, there are specific 'windows of opportunity' where the brain can learn certain types of information more effectively than at other times. These critical periods highlight the importance of providing rich, nurturing, and stimulating environments to support optimal growth and development in young children.

After we review your form, we invite you to meet our director to ensure we're aligned in terms of program & philosophy and to answer any remaining questions
4. Receive Your Admission Letter
If all goes well, look out for an official admission letter from us, welcoming you to our family!

Founded in 2018 by Yash and Akshay, alumni of Stanford University, Openhouse is dedicated to transforming early childhood education in India. Our mission is to enhance the quality and accessibility of education during the crucial formative years of children aged 3 to 10.
With a growing network of eight learning hubs spread across Bangalore and Kolkata, we have positively impacted over 5,000 students. Building on this success, we are excited to expand our influence by launching a new preschool program, designed to further enrich the educational experiences of young learners.
